New Student Checklist
Though classroom needs may vary, most students will need the following items, all labeled with the child’s first and last name:
- Lunch
- Water Bottle
- Sheet and blanket for nap
- Diapers/wipes (if utilizing cloth diapers, a wet bag is required)
- 2 changes of weather appropriate clothes
- Sunscreen and bug spray
Forms
All students are required to submit a Health Appraisal Form, emergency cards, sunscreen/bug spray permission forms, and a food program participant enrollment form. These forms will be provided in a new student packet along with classroom requirements and expectations or you can download, print and fill out to bring with you on your child’s first day.
