In addition, adults provide support, expand play, help children resolve conflict in a positive, nonviolent manner, and serve as role models for appropriate behavior and language.

Part Time Aids must be mature, sensitive individuals who have experience working with young children. Must have ability to work cooperatively with other adults to provide a safe, nurturing environment for young children. Coursework in early childhood education or related field is preferred.
